Join us at Kula Kamala Foundation & Yoga Ashram for some or all of the weekend. Come for sessions. They are all sweet with wisdom and rich in substance. Join us for a vegan, gluten-free meal or two. Gather in sangha and celebrate our unity this weekend.

5pm Vegan Gluten-Free DELICIOUS Dinner (suggested $10)
6:30pm Session .1 An Intro to Shakti Ma - a ritual invocation, followed by gentle movement, pranayama, mantra, meditation practices and an exploration and discussion of Shakti: a history of practices, meaning, personal experience, & potential. (suggested $25)

10:00am Session 2. Durga, Parvati & the Dasha Maha Vidya. Who and what are the Ten Wisdom Goddesses and how can they aid and support our healing? Session includes mantra, gentle movement and breathing, guided visualization, lecture, discussion, journalling and more. (suggested $25)
Lunch - An amazingly enticing vegan smorgasbord! (suggested $15)
2:00pm Session 3. The Goddesses of Destruction & Transformation. Who the Goddesses representing the more challenging subjects of death, destruction and transformation are, how they represent potent factors in our spirituality, what and why they bring such splendor to our growth and understanding. Session includes mantra, gentle movement and breathing, guided visualization, lecture, discussion, journalling and more. (suggested $25)

5:00pm Yet another DELICIOUS vegan gluten-free Dinner (suggested $10)
7:00pm Session 4. The Goddesses of Compassion. Therapeutically we look to balance the necessity, drive and focus required in the challenging part of our work with compassion and softer attributes that promote healing, learning and healthier living. This session discusses the goddess that represent compassion and explores how to invoke their essence, create rituals around their presence and embrace what they have to teach us. Session includes mantra, gentle movement and breathing, guided visualization, lecture, discussion, journalling and more. (suggested $25)

Discover the Joys of Yoga as Sudha and Ed guide you through a variety of Yogic practices during these self care based spiritual study weekends.
Weekends will include a variety of instructional sessions including darshan (wisdom), Yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), mudra, mantra, Yoga Nidra, healing bowls, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy tips for personal use.
