MOVING PAST FEAR

The human mind tends to create a false reality of fears that limit us from reaching our true potentials. In this weekend retreat, we will briefly study the science behind how and why we do this to ourselves. We will then work through exercises such as: journaling, tracking, and planning how to step out of these fear based thoughts. Program includes a take home workbook. Daily Yoga Nidra for stress reduction, yoga asana practice, and guided meditation will also be practiced. Leave with a personalized fear reduction plan, a customized workbook and a handful of enjoyable, useful meditation & mindfulness tools.
