Interested to know how mindfulness helps you heal? Curious about Yoga Therapy and what the hype is all about?

We are offering this amazing immersive experience for Yoga teachers and experienced students of Yoga and similar mindfulness practices. 5 nights and 6 days of deep study and profound healing, great food and an integrative peaceful environment. Students receive a takehome workbook and amazing take-home techniques that they can apply in their own life, in their professional career and in their Yoga teaching.

Introduction to the Benefits and Practices of Yoga Therapy will be offered in an intensive format over 6 days from October 16 - 21, 2016.

This is not an asana based program. Students will learn and practice a variety of active and passive techniques that are meant to connect body, mind, spirit, & community.

Program fee: $499.00 (includes dormitory housing and meals.)
